Halloween is just 4 days away! Here is a last minute Halloween project that is so quick and easy and it turned out to be one of my favorites! I transformed some plain old candles into some really cute Halloween candles just by adding a little bit of vinyl.

Here’s what you need:

– Small Pillar Candles
– Glass Candle Holders (I found mine at Dollar Tree)
– Ribbon
Vinyl (I used Black and White)
Application Tool
Transfer Tape
– Electronic cutter (cricut explore, silhouette or other cutter)
– Cut File (available for free in my resource library)

I keep all the SVG files I use for the projects I make in my SVG Library.  These SVG files work with Cricut and Silhouette machines, as well as many others.  This library is open to everyone and is free! You can access the library here.

I cut the spider webs out of vinyl and weeded around the outside of the web. Then, I carefully pulled the vinyl off the backing and put it on like a sticker – no transfer tape needed.

I also added some little vinyl spiders to the outside of the candle holder ( I did use transfer tape for these).

I finished them off with some black and orange bows.

I love how they look on my shelf with my other Halloween decorations.

I don’t normally like seeing spider webs around my house, but these are just too cute!
